Ozanam Come Dancing Event

Logo for Ozanam Come Dancing.

It is our biggest annual fundraiser event and is a major source of financial support for Ozanam House Resource Centre.

Every year, usually around March or April, volunteer dance couples from Ozanam House and our various partner companies learn a dance routine from scratch, and perform it in front of a live audience in one big event. The Event is usually hosted in a theatre in Dublin city centre.

The Dancers compete for the title of 'Ozanam Come Dancing Champions' using their skills and talents in both dancing and fundraising. Our Dancers train for the event over a 3 month period learning from an expert dance instructor, and spend that time fundraising and gathering supporters for their big night.

The event 'Ozanam Come Dancing' raises much needed funds for the Youth Summer Projects.
The Ozanam House Summer Projects gives 280 young people from our community a memorable experience in a safe, nurturing, yet fun filled environment, during their school summer holidays.

Who are our Partner Companies?

Our Partners are Companies and Organisations who actively support Ozanam House Resource Centre throughout the year. Their members and employees share similar values as us, and they support the mission of Ozanam House. Many volunteer their time and skills in our various programmes within Ozanam House.
The companies join us in the fun of the annual Ozanam Come Dancing fundraising event, and put forth dancing contestants to participate in the event.
